What is Barre Fit ?
Barre Fit is a 60-minute low impact workout, that focuses on simple, pulsing movements with emphasis on form, alignment, and core engagement. Barre movement is drawn from Ballet, Pilates, and Yoga with a workout twist. Body weight resistant as well as simple equipment is used such as resistance bands, yoga straps, small exercise balls, and light hand weights. This full body workout focuses on lengthening, strengthening, and toning
The classes run year round and provide elements for a beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels. Come be inspired!
